Flavours of Indonesia: a single ticket to Bali
The great classics of Indonesian cuisineall sublimated by a flawless performance. Special mention should be made of the rendang beef, voted best dish in the world by CNN Travel: meat simmered for hours, tender to perfection, spiced up with spices and sweetened with coconut milk... All served with fragrant jasmine rice. Menus to suit all appetites (and budgets)
